Welcome to Infizer Technology (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Android and iOS applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use our Services.
  • If under 18, you may only use the Services under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services.
  • Impersonate others or misuse our platform.

You must not upload, generate, or share content that:

  • depicts nudity, sexual, or sexually suggestive material;
  • depicts or sexualizes minors in any way;
  • is violent, graphic, hateful, harassing, or promotes discrimination;
  • depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or impersonates others (including misleading “deepfakes”);
  • is illegal or infringes others’ rights.

4. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions

  • All purchases are subject to pricing, taxes, and applicable fees. Payments are processed by the app stores (Google Play on Android, Apple App Store on iOS); we do not store full card details or billing addresses.
  • Some Apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, weekly and yearly plans). The App is usable for free; a subscription unlocks premium features.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged at purchase and at each renewal.
  • Cancel or manage — Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel subscription.
  • Cancel or manage — iOS (App Store): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription (or App Store → profile → Subscriptions).
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies; partial billing periods are generally non-refundable, and any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Coins and in-app items are consumable, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.
  • Price changes will be notified per store rules; you may cancel before they take effect.

5. Content Ownership

  • All intellectual property, trademarks, and content in the Services belong to Infizer Technology or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell our content without permission.

6. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you share but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it as needed to operate the Services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or others’ rights, and that you have the rights to any image you upload.

7. AI-Generated Content

Results are produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not lifelike. Output is provided “as is” for personal use, and you are responsible for how you use it. You confirm you have the rights to any image you upload.

8. Reporting & Moderation

The Apps include an in-app option to report offensive or policy-violating content. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts at our discretion. We aim to review reports within a reasonable time.

9. App Permissions

Our mobile apps may request access to:

  • Camera & Photos: To upload profile images or content.
  • Location: To enable location-based features (only with consent).
  • Contacts: If you choose to invite or share with friends.
  • Notifications: To send alerts and service updates.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (including AI processing providers such as Kie.ai and OpenAI). Their use is subject to their own terms and policies, which we are not responsible for.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We disclaim liability for any damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Infizer Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infizer Technology, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with the courts of Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
